Worksafe Vic has fixed their servers and invoices are being processed normally again. There are a small number of invoices from Monday (1st May) that we are working with Worksafe Vic to re-process and adjudicate.

Investigating -
Worksafe Vic has made us aware of an issue they are having with their servers. Whilst invoices are being successfully submitted to WSV, Tyro Health Online is not receiving our usual adjudication (approved/declined) call back straight away.
Worksafe Vic tell us that they will process your invoices as soon as they fixed the issue, so there is no need to re-submit invoices at this time. Until that time, invoices will stay in the 'Submitted' state.
